Sound HR Solutions, a human resources consulting firm is the natural outgrowth of an HR career that has spanned more than 25 years. Robyn Cottier, the firm's founder, established the company in March 2006. It's goal is to provide businesses with practical and cost-effective HR solutions customized to meet the needs of their organizations.
Robyn is an HR subject matter expert with a broad background in numerous HR specialties including recruiting, benefits, health and safety and employee relations. In addition, she has extensive experience in management planning and development including strategy, team building and conflict resolution.
Robyn received her Professional in Human Resource (PHR) in 1991 and her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPH) certification in 1994. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Professionals in Human Resource Management Association (PHIRA).
